Our weight lifting belts are 7mm thick with 8" backing providing you with incredible lumbar and core support during heavy lifting.
Our belts are a perfect contoured fit as to not cut into the ribs/hips which can make lifting with a belt frustrating! Our buckle is a super tough steel combined with full strength velcro.
Suitable for heavy squats, bent over rows, deadlifts, heavy overhead pressing – or wherever your lumbar is at risk of hyperextenstion/flexion.
